In earlier versions of WMS (fka CCM), the Citrix Broker connections settings would default to the 'Access Gateway authentication method' to RSA instead of LDAP, causing the Passcode field to be presented. That default behavior was changed in later versions of WMS (I believe post 1.1). That configuration sub menu is now called 'Remote Connection (Legacy)'. In the newer versions of WMS >= v1.2, you would now configure the 'NetScaler Gateway Authentication Method' in within the Citrix Broker sub menu. From there an admin can select auth to be validated via RSA, LDAP, or a combination of the two in either order.
