Wyse T50 - FRUSTRATED

Hey. I have 18 Wyse T50s which I had working in an environment recently. That entire environment was moved to another building, however the move required the recommissioning of the WDM. I have a new server with WDM 5.5 installed yet NONE of the terminals will check in thus I cannot configure them remotely. 

The terminals refuse to boot to USB or reset with the P or DEL + power button option so I cam unable to update them to their more recent firmware.

The WDM 5.7 download NEVER finishes and thus I do not know what is happening with this. I can VNC to the terminals no problem but the configuration of them is going to be painful.

Please help!
