Wyse 5040 Clients Randomly Mute All Audio

Very often we'll have users inform us that they lose all audio sounds on their device. We have to log into the admin area on the client and un-check the mute audio button, and/or sometimes even increase the slider to full volume.

Is there a hot-key that users might be pressing to cause this to happen? It's very random and we've been dealing with this for months now.

Any light someone could shed on this one would be much appreciated.

I was able to locate the "Dell Wyse ThinOS Version 8.5 Administrator’s Guide" but was not able to locate the Hotkey Definitions area within the Guide.

Tried searching within the document for 'Hotkey' 'Hot Key' and 'Definition'. Manually browsing through it now as well.

Do you, or anyone else, recall what the default key for that might be? I'm certain it hasn't been adjusted.
