SSL certificate error

Good morning everyone,

I was able to install WMS 3. However it still says that my SSL certificate is not secure on the WMS site. I've uploaded a certificate that I got from my employer internally but WMS is still showing a certificate that is valid for 100 years using Google Chrome instead of the 1 I uploaded to the WMS server but if I use Microsoft Edge I get this message when trying to get to the WMS site, NET::ERR_CERT_AUTHORITY_INVALID. What can I do to get my site secure and/or in the right certificate authority for WMS to see it?
