Unable to register a wyse (3040) to WMS

Hello,

I cannot register a new device to WMS.

I have this error to de server in localhost_access_log : - - [09/Jan/2020:14:04:56 +0100] "POST /ccm-web/open/deviceRegister HTTP/1.1" 400 34

I have this error in Wyse: WMS agent failed to register, can’t retrieve registration info.

Can you help me??
