Unable to register device Wyse Cloud Connect (CS1A13)

Exclamation Unable to register device Wyse Cloud Connect (CS1A13)

I purchased a new device Wyse Cloud Connect, model CS1A13 (the stick). S/N is 8ALDMC00243
Whatever I try to register it in the Cloud Connect Manager, it always throws the error "Unable to register", User login failed. I am using the CC account: bart@grapsol.be

I have already doublechecked and changed password a dozen times, it always works on the site, NEVER on the device.

You may want to open a case with technical support
