WMS 1.4.0 42077 - Portal Administration/Setup Error
We have an on premise WMS 1.4.0 server running on a free licence. We changed the IP on the server a number of months ago and when I have come to update the SSL cert yesterday I find that if I go to Portal Administration > System > Setup I now get the alert Error: error.
A bit of looking found another thread on this from a while back and the suggested solution was to restart services. I've done this, and also rebooted the server (several times) but still receive the error.
Dell tech support weren't able to assist due to the server running on the free licence so I hoped someone within the community may be able to assist?
I suspect the issue is caused by the original IP being written out to a config file or the DB, however I've been unsuccessful in finding this.

Thank you so much. Removing the server details from the image path regkey has resolved the problem.
