Wyse Management Suite Questions

Some questions to set my expectations of WMS...How real-time is the status in WMS?  In other words:

- If I power off a Wyse 3040 when can I expect to see it show offline? 

- I would really love to have the ability in WMS to see if a Wyse 3040 is currently in a Citrix XenDesktop session.  We had a network issue today and several 3040's had error messages on the screen but I had no idea which ones were effected.
