Cant access away from home
Cant access away from home
Can you access desktop when away from home as long as computer is awake? I have tried several times and it just keeps timing out! Help!! Thanks

Hi,
Please make sure NEVER is selected:
Control Panel\Power Options\Edit Plan Settings\Put the computer to sleep select NEVER and save.
