Configuring Auto Discovery

Can you please send us the following details by submitting a bug in http://pocketcloudsupport.wyse.com/home (with attention: Sarun). 

Also can you try by disabling your antivirus

1. System Information. You can get it by rightclicking PocketCloud Tray Icon->Support->System Information.
2. Snapshot of the error dialog.
3. PocketCloudConfig.txt from the path c:\ \Wyse\PocketCloud Windows Companion

I tried disabling my antivirus. Did not work.

When start the setup wizzard it checks

1. Installing vnc

2. configuring vnc password

but when it gets to 3. configuring auto discovery. I get
Fail to start Wyse Pocket cloud server
please start the service by : open control panel , admin. tools , and start wyse service.
but it show wyse service all ready started. I've tried stopping and restarting.
