Connected..... but cannot log in....
Connected..... but cannot log in....
Hi there.
Would love it if someone can help me.
Phone: Galaxy S
OS: Windows 7
I installed the client and server. The phone and the computer connected.
However, the next step is where I got stuck:
On my phone, it shows the Windows Logon Screen (similar to the one where you lock the windows screen). When I click into it, it shows the message: Logon failure user account restriction. Possible reasons are blank passwords not allowed, logon hour restrictions, or a policy restriction has been enforced.
Note that I don't have a password on my computer. I am thinking it's a setting I might need to change on my Windows but I am not sure where.
Please help.

Please include a password to your login. RDP requires the use of password.
