How do you Uninstall pocketcloud windows companion
Using windows 7. Cannot uninstall pocketcloud companion. logged off. Tried updating and installing again and cannot uninstall. Please advise. Thank you.

I've seen quite a few people with this problem and so far no solution. I had a version from July 2011, which one day, on boot, stopped working. I attempted to install the August 2011 version and when it got to the point of saying "you have a prior version which will need to be uninstalled", it just hung up. Attempted many times (killed jobs, booted in safe mode, etc), but same result. I finally manually removed every trace of PocketCloud from my hard drive, the registry and services. But when I attempt an install, it says "you have a prior version" and it hangs.
I sense no one on the forum will know what to do, but want to try one last time. Thanks!
