I've tried installing three times but the installation always fails with message Unknown reason -18
Evo 4G.

Hi,
We are checking into it right now.
For now:
1) Uninstall the appplication
2) Reboot the device (also pull the battery out)
3) Install the application again
See if it helps

Are you trying to install PocketCloud using WiFi or 3G?
Try to install the app using WiFi.
And can you please tell me what Android OS version you have on the device.

I tried rebooting and still no luck. I emailed tech support and they sent me here to find the fix myself.

Try to unmount the SD card in settings, then literally take out the SD card and then install the app, then after it finished downloading and installing, put back the SD card and mount it back in settings.
Steps: Settings > SD Card

Hi there
I have the same problem.
Android 2.2 Froyo
HTC Desire
I've tried to free up 26mb on built in memory, but didnt help. Reboot and uninstall is the same error.
