Poblem when I write number from pocket cloud to win2003server

Poblem when I write number from pocket cloud to win2003server

Good morning,
I use your application for take hand on a server win2003, so When i connect me to this server and i use pocketcloud and i want to write numbers it doesn't work. For example if I want to write 1 it write & and so on.
Could you explain me how do i do for write numbers ?

Are you using any kind of 3rd party keyboard on your device? Are you using a language other than English on the device or remote server?
