VNC Connection Issue (randomly occuring)

VNC Connection Issue (randomly occuring)

I have 3 computers running windows xp professional on the latest service pack.

All 3 are running the latest realVNC and pocketcloud companion software.

I have 3 Iphone 4G devices and 1 Thunderbolt device all running the pro version of pocketcloud.

I set up a common google account to share between the devices and the auto discovery shows all the systems as online and available.

For the first connection or so everything works fine, after a bit it will start saying Wrong Password on the android device, and Authentication failure on the iphones.

If I restart the VNC service and restart the companion software I'm able to connect again using the exact same settings and password.

Any idea what might be causing this issue? Using a different interface I'm still able to connect to the XP machines so I'm pretty sure the VNC service is still running.

Is there a workaround for this issue in the meantime?

Such as running multiple Vnc services so pocketcloud has its own?

Or is it more of an issue with multiple devices all using the connection?
