cannot connect via sprint 4g network
cannot connect via sprint 4g network
I am able to connect over 3g network but not 4g. Was wondering what type of fix is recommended? Like I said 3g works fine just slow. But pocket cloud explore and remote desktop will not work over 4g (wiimax) thanks for the time.

Thanks for reporting the issue, we are actually aware of the problem and looking into a fix currently. My apologies for any inconvenience this may be causing you, but I would suggest connecting over 3G or wifi for the time being.
