on the android tablet how do I get to the pc's second monitor?

How are you connecting to your PC (VNC or RDP)?
VNC connections will show both monitors side by side and RDP will combine the monitors to one screen.

i did not see that when I connected to my pc. how to i get to view it?

On my setup, I have my secondary monitor on the right side, so I just drag the screen over to the left to see the screen to the right.
