help, cannot get the program to work

help, cannot get the program to work

hello all,
i installed both the android client on my galaxy note II and my windows 7 proffessional machine. and after following the steps and putting my gmail, the app auto discovered my PC. after connecting i landed in a page similar to the windows user log in page, which i cannot progress from... i try putting the correct log in credentials through the app but then my PC screen goes black momentarily and then goes out to the windows log in screen. while on the mobile the welcome loading screening shows up till i get a message saying Session Disconnected.
please help.

mobile version: PocketCloud version 1.2.187
pc version: PocketCloud Windows Companion Version : 2.4.19
Microsoft Windows 7 Professional Service Pack 1 32-bit

Also make sure to add the companion software to any firewall and anti-virus' allowed applications lists. Please let me know if this does not help.
