login problem after updates
login problem after updates
I got updated pocketcloud pro then I haven't been able to access my desktop.
I use auto discovery and whenever I try to access, a window pops up asking
user name and password. I tried my desktop's login and gmail address but none worked.
what kind of user name is it? updates ***

What version of Windows are you running?

To Whom It May Concern,
I am having the same issue after the most recent update. My password is working fine, so it is not a password issue. I'm having the issue with any Windows Server 2008 R2 machine that is using SSL but not Network Layer Authentication. If the Win2K8R2 box is using Network Layer Authentication, I can access it. I cannot access any Windows 7 build as well. Is there a resolution to this?

1) Go to Control Panel > Administrative Tools.
2) Open "Computer Management".
3) Click on "Local Users and Groups".
4) Click on "Users".
5) Right click on your account name and select "Set Password".

Ryan, I wish to find the older version as well... No luck so far.. I wish the android store offered the ability to go back to and archived version if bugs show up in the latest one..

I don't think you understand. NLA turned on is the only way PocketCloud will connect.
Thanks.

The NLA issues are being addressed in our next maintenance release. In the mean time you can try this:
1) Right click on "My Computer" and select "Properties".
2) Click on the "Remote" tab.
3) Under "Remote Desktop" select the unselected option.

Hello? Anyone monitoring the support threads? Is there a way to get the older version back that worked?
