Hi,

I am having a problem with the mouse. When I log in to my remote computer the mouse keeps showing up in the top left corner but it is so far to the corner that when I try to move it it doesn't seem to detect my finger. What can I do?

Hi lealh,

we have few options as of now, That I am hoping will work consistantly.
1. Rotate the device to landscape or portrait mode( rotate clockwise).
2. Restart the device if step 1 does not work.

I am having the same exact issue on a Xoom. A restart sometimes fixes the problem, but then it returns without warning.

Is this a bug that will be fixed in the next release? Any timing?

Also, does this issue affect both the free and the pro versions?

This issue is still happening even after the latest update. Please advise.

I am using the latest version as I just updated it from the Android Market. This is on a Motorola Xoom running 3.1.

It is a bug. It will be fixed in our upcoming release.

Please let us know what PocketCloud Version do you use?
What device?
What Android OS is running on the device?

There is new Free PocketCloud 1.2.117 version is on the market available for update. You can try it and let us know if you still see this problem

Hi,
New PocketCloud version (Free and Paid) was released just two days ago. You should update your app and see if the problem with Touch Pointer was fixed.
It should be 1.2.117 (free) or 1.2.217 (Paid) version number
