my PocketCloud pro is crashed

 my PocketCloud pro is crashed

I install PocketCloud pro on my android mobile phone two hour ago since then the software was crashed two times when i try to open the software the message was PocketCloud can not connect to the server , I check and the connection to the internet was good . I restart my android mobile phone and then the installation of PocketCloud pro was disappear from the phone .
I install again the software and it work one hour and happened again .
please help me I pay money for this software an it not work ?
what to do ?
