Hi Suchitha: I was finally able to get this to work remotely. The tip was in your email stating that there was a way for the program to do all of this automatically. The only way to make that work was to uninstall it from the tablet and start over. The surprising part of all of this is that there is no documentation anywhere (that I could find) that actually explains any of this. To the contrary; your web site instructions specifically state that one needs to do all of this port forwarding and RDP business in order to make this work remotely. This could all have been so much easier if one would simply take the time to post the proper instructions as an alternative to being lead down this unnecessarily complicated road. I do appreciate your passing along this tip which made me dig deeper into this. When I release a new product I strive to have the instructions be as complete and understandable as humanly possible so that my customers can enjoy the product and not feel that they have just entered a world of frustration where they now have to dig for the answers that should have been provided WITH the product. I have a tremendous amount of respect for those special people who can actually create a software such as yours and will say with all honesty that I would not even know where to begin. But they often fall short when it comes to explaining how to set these things up and this was a very good example of that short coming. Once again, I do appreciate your assistance with this but please ask the powers that be to post better information with regard to setup, etc. This way it only has to be done once.
