purchased pocket cloud not connecting

purchased pocket cloud not connecting

Free cloud connects fine, purchased cloud dors not.

Can any one help.

Phone Galaxy S PC server Soft wate 2003.

Alan,
What is the OS of the PC you are connecting to (Windows XP Pro, W2003 Enterprise server, etc.)?
Are you using the Windows companion?
What is the connection type (RDP, VNC or View)?
WI-fi or #g connection?
