Auto-connect (google) not working correctly

Auto-connect (google) not working correctly

Okay, so... I have the pro version of PocketCloud on two different iPads in my office... Each of those iPads will be connecting to two different computers running the Companion application. Manual connection via ip works fine, however, I would like to connect these iPads to the computers from outside the network... When I try to make that happen via the auto-connect method the computers are found on the iPad and it shows them as online but when I try to connect it says "RDP Session Disconnected". The thing that really gets me is every 1 out of 30 or so tries it will actually connect and it works great... So I am very confused at this point.

Oh, I have forwarded ports 443 and 5222 as well.

Make sure PocketCloud is on any allowed applications lists within your firewall and anti-virus applications. It is possible that these are blocking the connections. One way to test this would be to disable both your anti-virus and firewall and attempt to connect. If you are able to connect without a problem, that is where the issue is.
