Can not get VGA out to work on iPhone 4
Can not get VGA out to work on iPhone 4
I have PocketCloud pro on my iPhone 4, it is advertised as supporting VGA out but I can't see how to do it. This is really why I purchased the app, connecting to projector for meetings, otherwise it has very little value. Please help.

I am having the exact same problem.
Pocketcloud Pro 2.2.231
iPhone 4
iOS 5.1
VGA Adapater
HDMI Adapter
Dell Monitor, Sharp Television, HP Monitor
Other free RDP apps work (but they do ***) find with the cables and monitors.
I purchased the HDMI adapter and the app on the assumption at it would work as advertised. When I plug it in, I do not get any output on the external display (other apps work just fine using the HDMI cable). There was no support on the website so I went and purchased the VGA cable and it has not worked.
In total I have spent 90$ trying to get this to work and cannot find any support for the problem. Does anyone have any suggestions?

Where do we get a refund until the application is fixed or is there a reasonable eta on a fix?

The next release should be available in 2-3 weeks. If that is too long for you, you can go through the app store for a refund.
