Can't be on my phone and computer at the same time?
Can't be on my phone and computer at the same time?
When I connect the log in screen appears on my phone and I log in and can see my desktop and everything but then my computer logs out, and when I log in on my computer again the phone logs out and disconnects.

This is because you are connecting via RDP. RDP only allows 1 user to connect at a time. If you would like to be able to be connected with PocketCloud and still be able to manage the computer in person, you will need to connect using VNC. VNC allows you to "shadow" windows with multiple users connected. If you are using auto-discovery and do not see a VNC connection to your PC, you will need to install a VNC client on your computer. Once this is installed, you can connect using VNC. We suggest using TightVNC. You can download it here for free:
