Can't reconnect on ipad
Can't reconnect on ipad
I logged into my pc via rdp this morning. My connection timed out. I get a message that my pc is offline or unavailable. I was able to connect to my pc on my iPhone so it seems that I have to reset something on the iPad.

Are you connecting via Auto Discovery or a Manual Connection? If it's a Discovered Connection does it say [On] or [Off] on the My Computers page in PocketCloud?

It says off for a couple of seconds and then switches to on.

Does it remain in the on state? What happens when you try connecting to it now?

I figured out the difference between the iPad and iPhone. I was logging in automatically on the iPad and manually on the iPhone. I added the manual configuration to the iPad and now it's fine.

Yes it stays on. Sometimes after a couple of minutes I can get it to try again, then it says rdp session disconnected exitbor reconnect. Reconnect does nothing. Exit i think gets me out of the program. I have occasionally had success by longing in and out on the iPhone and then login on the iPad.
