Cannot connect

Cannot connect

This just started pocket cloud was working fine on mon and tues then on wed it quit and said could not connect to server tried going to server and allowing remote access but it didn't work

1. What type of computer are you connecting to (Mac OSX or Windows)?
2. What version of the operating system are you using (Lion, XP, Vista, 7, 8, etc.)?
3. What connection method are you using (manual or auto-discovered)? If you are using auto-discovery, what version of the companion software are you using?
4. What device and iOS version are you using?

Are you using VNC or RDP to connect?

If you are using VNC, what VNC client are you using? Is it RealVNC by any chance?
