Computer terminal unresponsive after disconnecting from PocketCloud
Hello,
When I connect to my Windows 7 x64 machine via PocketCloud I have no problems. However, after I disconnect from my remote session and then walk over to my PC, the screen is black and the computer unresponsive. I have to physically restart the PC by holding down the power button. Somehow, the PocketCloud Windows software freezes my PC after I disconnect from my first remote session.
Has anyone else had the same issue and been able to fix it? Thank you for any help.

We are hearing this issue for first time. Need some more information
1. Is it a Windows 7 Home/Ultimate
2. Can you do the following.
- Exit PocketCloud copanion from the tray icon.
- Still you can find your computer in the device list.
- Connect and disconnect.
- Check whether you console is in freezed state.
3. What anti virus software you are using.

I have too reset my Hostcomputer after black screen. Windows7 64. This way its unusable for me. During connection is great.

What version of the companion software are you using? What version of PocketCloud are you using and on what device? What firmware is the device using?

My black screen goes away on its own but i never get connected from my cell my cell just has the pocket cloud icon accross the whole screen
can any one help if not this app is an epic fail and I will have to take it off of every thing
