Connection Problems to PC
Connection Problems to PC
My ipad does not recognise my desktop automatically. When I double click on my pc and bring up the setup wizard and click next and login to my gmail account there is a red cross in the configuring firewall. All firewalls are switched off but I still get this. So I suspect that is the reason why I cannot see my desktop on the ipad. Can you please help.

Are you seeing your PC at all in PocketCloud? Does it say it is Offline? What operating system is your PC running and what version of the Companion do you have installed? If you run the diagnostics within the Companion application, does it give you any errors? Have you tried logging out and back in with your gmail account on the PC and within PocketCloud on your iPad?
