Dual Monitors

Dual Monitors

I can connect to my computer and it works fine. However, when I try to add a second monitor with extended display, I can see the screen but nothing actually functions. If I try to click on something, it just acts as if it is part of the background. Also, I can not see my main display. It only shows my secondary display. Any help with this?

What version of Windows 7? Home, Professional, Ultimate? Do you know if you are connecting via RDP or VNC? What is the resolution of each of your monitors?

Our RDP implementation only supports one monitor at the moment. You could use VNC to see both monitors but you won't have sound and the performance will be slower.
