Ipad2 + Windows 7 Home Premium Black Screen ???

Ipad2 + Windows 7 Home Premium Black Screen ???

I have installed PocketCloud on my Ipad2 and the Windows Companion on my Home Desktop. The connection seems to be working...but i can only see a black screen on my Ipad2. The ipad software is controlling the desktop, but i cannot see anything on the ipad screen.

HELP PLEASE!!!

Hi jb, Tap on screen. Is it responsive?Also turn on all the performance options in our app-settings.

hi jb, what is the vnc software on your home desktop?

Jb, Please make sure you have personalized your remote desktop with some theme or wall paper.
