Hi I am trying to get the Pocketcloud app to work on my iPod Touch 3g with my computer but on my computer in the Cloud Companion when I try to login using my gmail account it fails every time! Help!?
Here is my info:
-iPod Touch 3G
-iOS 4.3
-Wifi
-Home Environment
-Windows 7 Professional
To clarify:
The problem is on my COMPUTER. Not with my iPod. And yes I have read the guide section about this but it only touched on the iPod side of it and my iPod accepts my username and password fine.

HI abc, What is the version of the companion?
Can you try to login to google (via gtalkr) on the same computer?

Thank you for your feedback. We are aware of the connection issue with PocketCloud Auto Discovery and are working to resolve it ASAP. Meanwhile you can use the Manual connection option which covered in the PocketCloud User Guide:http://www.wyse.com/products/softwar...hone/index.asp

I am using version 2.1.11. And what do you mean I thought gtalkr was taken down 5 years ago? But yes I can log into my google account normally, and I have tried using different accounts but none of them work.
