No audio for Win7

No audio for Win7

Hello,

I have Pocket Cloud Pro v.2.1.200 on Ipad v.4.2.1 and on windows PC win7 64bit 8gb ram quad core 3ghtz.

The Wyse Sound settings on Ipad is set to Wi-Fi bandwidth, I am logged into my Gmail acct.

I am able to connect to both my PC and laptop both running windows 7 home professional.

1. I have 2 connections- 1 with VNC in it and that one does not connect
But the test is fine the port is saved at 3389
VNC Server $10 version for what benefit?
2. FYI- this issue happened when I upgraded to Wyse Pocket Cloud Pro with the auto locate Gmail acct feature.

Unfortunately I can’t find any support specialists online either to help with this so If anyone needs work it looks like there is a huge opportunity to create value other than the back and forth forms.
Pls help,

Rich

Audio streaming is not supported over VNC, only on RDP.

Make sure the vibrate switch is not enabled on your device.

Chris- What vibrate switch, Ipad doesnt have one to my knowledge.....

Another issue is the fact when I log in It comes in as a different user.
Meaning I cant see anything on my PC screen that suggests I have RDP going.... I would love to have the same user RDP cause i have programs running the I want to see like logmein does.
I also saw a youtube where someone was doing this from 30k feet in the air. How can I make this work from a remote wifi, My understanding is this has to be on the local network...

Thanks for your help.

It does - it's on the right side of the device directly above the volume rocker.

You can specify the username & password that you'd like to logon with by tapping the "Edit" button next to the computer name on the connections list.

To access your computers when away from Home you will need to install the PocketCloud Companion on each computer you want to access.
