No menu or tool bar

No menu or tool bar

Have uploaded files on computer to pocket cloud companion and PocketCloud on my iPad say I am connected but I get no menu or toolbar, only directions I can not use to get to the computer files. I click on then"Nickname"of the computer which is correct but nothing happens although it says I'm am connected

Can you see the desktop on your computer? Do you have any bluetooth keyboards or devices connected to your iPad?
