Pocket cloud does not show my computer on my iPad

Pocket cloud does not show my computer on my iPad

I have downloaded the app, downloaded the windows companion to my PC, I am now trying to acces my computer but there are no PCs showing on the iPad. When I open the pocket could autodiscory box on the PC it shows I am logged in but when I open option and press test it says the RDP to port 3389 failed and VNC to port 5900 failed. It does give an option to save the port 5900 on the opposite side of the box!
Bit of shame as looking forward to using this. Am just testing it on home PC before going to work tomorrow and loading it on there.

Hi Daniel,
what is the os on your desktop?
Can your restart the pocketcloud service and do a diagnostic test again?
Start-run type services-right click on pocketcloud and restart it.

Hi Daniel, Do you have any antivirus software running? please disable that and try again.
