My PocketCloud Pro keyboard keeps popping up everytime i touch the screen. Is there a way to stop this??

Please try force stopping the application to see if this helps.
What version of PocketCloud are you using? Are you using a automatic or manual connection? If you are using a automatic connection, what version of the Companion software are you using?

No actually i am using automatic connection. And i am unable to retreive the companion information at the moment but will post it as soon as possible.

i have the same problem
the keyboard pops up each time i touch my iPad screen.
here is my setup.
Win7 running 2.4.12 companion and iPad3 running Pro 2.2.231 (automatic)
it does not matter if i use the virtual mouse or just my finger, where ever i tap the keyboard comes up, even on none input related items. driving me crazy as i paid for the pro version.

Are you guys using a specific application when you are seeing this happen?
You can disable Keyboard Auto-activate within the application's settings for the time being until we figure out what is causing the problem. That should stop it from coming up automatically.
