PocketCloud crash, out of memory (Macbook Pro with Retina)
PocketCloud crash, out of memory (Macbook Pro with Retina)
Hi all.
Just purchased PRO version of PocketCloud for my iPhone 4S and I'm totally frustrated.
I have New Macbook Pro with Retina display, connected to two 2560x1440 monitors.
Retina is set to "Scale" maximum mode (aka "More space" in display settings, actually emulates 1920x1200).
PocketCloud just crashes when I try to connect to my Mac.
I analyzed logs (using XCode) and found that it runs out of memory.
I tried to disconnect both external monitors, but still no luck with PocketCloud.
Then I tried to change retina mode to default "Best" (emulates 1440x900).
This time I was able to successfully connect with PocketCloud.
Thus, the application is useless for Mac users having external displays or high retina resolutions.

Unfortunately we only support up to 2048x2048 at this time. Please put in a feature request to be able to support higher resolutions here:

You can process a refund through the App Store.
