PocketCloud crashing on connection

PocketCloud crashing on connection

Desktop running Windows 7 sp1 Home Premium
Ipad (original version) running IOS 5.1.1
PocketCloud v. 2.2.143
TightVNC Server v. 2.7.7

I recently had to do a clean install of Windows on my desktop, and in setting back up the VNC server have been unable to get it to connect. When I run PocketCloud it appears to connect to the desktop and then immedietly crashes to the Ipad main screen. I've tried shutting off the firewall and antivirus on the computer. Uninstalled and reinstalled the TightVNC on my computer. Nothing helped.

Our apologies that we could not get you up and running using PocketCloud. Please let me know if you change your mind and I would be happy to help you get set up!

Have you tried connecting with the companion software to see if that works? You can download the latest version here:

Google has to much of my personal information as it is. I guess I'll find another remote desktop app. Thanks.
