Pocketcloud at desktop having errors

hi there,

I was able to use pocketcloud for a while and love it. however recently, the pocketcloud at my desktop will say it has an error and needs to click to repair. after clicking repair it works again but after a while it need to click again to work. I cannot be always at my laptop to click repair. it wasn't like this last time but since yesterday things turn ***. I use windows7 home edition and I have updated both my iPad and iPhone... but I don't think Is my iPad or iPhone issues... more like my desktop pocketcloud somehow since yesterday starts having error and needs to click repair button 

can someone help?
