Required update not in store after update to IOS 11

I have a customer who updated their IOS to 11 and receives message that app needs to be updated in order to run on the new versions of the OS.  The update is not available in the store.

Disregard, I see that product has been discontinued sometime in the first half of 2015.

If you're unable to find a required update for an app in the App Store after updating to iOS 11, here are some possible solutions:

Refresh the App Store: Sometimes, the App Store may not immediately display available updates. Try refreshing the App Store by swiping down on the Updates tab within the App Store app. This action triggers a refresh and may bring up any pending updates.

Clear App Store cache: If refreshing the App Store doesn't work, you can try clearing the cache for the App Store app. Go to your device's Settings, then tap on "General" followed by "iPhone Storage" or "iPad Storage." Scroll down to find the App Store app, tap on it, and choose the option to "Offload App." This clears the app cache and may help resolve issues with updates.

Check your Apple ID settings: Ensure that you're signed in with the correct Apple ID on your device. Open the App Store app, go to your account profile (usually represented by your profile picture or initials in the top right corner), and verify that you're signed in with the correct Apple ID. If not, sign out and sign in again with the correct Apple ID.
