Scrolling Nightmare on iPad

That's happening with mine too. Also, the up and down scroll that's available via the touch pointer isn't very responsive. I'm also using an ipad2. Hopefully it'll get a fix at some stage.

Thanks for letting us know about the issue. I was able to reproduce the problem here too. 

If you move the pointer when it starts auto scrolling, it will stop. So if you get into this state, just move the pointer to a new position and it should stop.

What's even more frustrating is that it seems intermittent which means I don't know what's causing it.

Having thought about it, maybe it scrolls to make room for the pointer? Just a thought.

It's not just the ipad2, it happens on the original too. I think it might have started either with ios5 or one of the pocket cloud updates. It is super annoying, moving pointer back to center helps, but sometimes you need the pointer & thing just scroll. Such a pain!

The issue has been reported to our product team, please keep an eye out for a fix in a future release. Unfortunately I do not have a date on when that will be yet.

It really would be great to hear something soon in terms of a fix. It has totally changed how I use the app.

Etski, the next version is still in development. Unfortunately I do not have any updates on the issue at this time.

yes very annoying. Actually I had a scary moment "YIKES ! what's happening ?!!"

BTW it would be great if the mouse control can be made to be vertically "flippable"
