Thin-Browser
Thin-Browser
When I go to this page via the thin-browser I just get a black screen:
http://www.bellalunacafe.com/
Is that normal or is there something wrong with my configuration?
Thankyou.

This website has a flash content and seems the flash content is not playing with Thin Browser. This could be because the flash plug-in is not installed in your system. We need following details
Can you view the website properly from Internet Explorer from the same desktop?
What OS are you connecting. Need to also know whether it is a 32 or 64 bit?

Yes, I can view the site properly from both Internet Explorer and Firefox on my desktop.
My desktop is running Windows 7 64-bit version.
EDIT: I just thought of something. Flash does not work in IE 64 bit, only the 32 bit version. Could it be that PocketCloud is using the 64bit IE instead of the 32 bit one? I will look to see if there is a 64 bit version of Flash.

Yes that is the problem. This is being reported by other users also and we are investigating this issue. We will provide an update in the future.

FYI, I installed the Adobe Flash "Squared" 64 bit flash player preview release from http://labs.adobe.com/downloads/flashplayer10.html on my machine and now flash works in the thin browser. So the issue is that Pocket Cloud is running the 64 bit version of IE.

This is the link for the release candidate http://labs.adobe.com/downloads/flashplayer10.html and it does work.
It would be nice if PocketCloud could use the 32 bit browser, even on 64 bit windows installations, as that is what most of us actually use on our system.
I assume there is some technical reason why PocketCloud uses the 64 bit browser? Or is it just a failure to check and use the correct path?
I apologize. Apparenlty the LATEST release candidate does NOT have 64-bit support. The previous one does here:
http://labs.adobe.com/downloads/flas...10_square.html
I have downloaded and installed that version and it allows flash to work in the browser function on PocketCloud on 64-bit Windows 7 systems.

We're still waiting for a 64 bit Flash player from Adobe.

Hello, i have the same issue, is there any workaround? The 64 bit Flashplayer doesn't exist.
