Unable to download Windows version of Pocket Cloud companion

Unable to download Windows version of Pocket Cloud companion

A few days ago the Pocket Cloud app on my iPod Touch wouldnt recognize that my pc (Windows 7) was online. I uninstalled the software on my pc and now it wont let me download it again ! I contacted support but they wont help with issues on the free version of Pocket Cloud. I use Pocket Cloud all the time and lately it hasnt been working at all ! Please help !

Sorry about the inconvenience of not being able to download the application again from the app store. We are aware of the issue and we are currently working with Apple to resolve it.

As for the issue of your computer not showing on the discovered connections list, please do the following on your Windows 7 machine:

1. Start > Go to Run > Type regedit and go following location
"HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Contr ol\Terminal Server" .

2. Check the value of fDenyTSConnections.
If fDenyTSConnections is not equal to 0 make it 0 and restart WysePocketCloudService.
To restart service go to Start > Run > type Services > scroll down to Wyse PocketCloud and click restart

This should resolve that issue for you. =]
