Using Pocketcloud unable to connect to a PC which already has a connection

Using PocketCloud Free edition for Ipad.

I am unable to connect to a PC which already has a simultaneous VNC connection from another device. For example: I want to connect to a server using Pocket Cloud Free edition from my Ipad. The PC has a continuous VNC connection that allows a touch screen device at another location to view the application on the server.

If I try to connect to the server I receive a "Could not connect to server" error.

If I drop the VNC connection from the touch screen. I am then able to connect to the server via the PocketCloud software.

I am able to connect to the server if the touchscreen at the location is already connected via VNC if I use a different VNC app such as Mocha VNC Lite or if I connect using my Ultra VNC app on my Laptop, but I really want to use PocketCloud as my VNC option. Is there any way to have two simultaneous VNC connection with one of them being the PocketCloud connection?
