First of all the window won't open wide enough to see the message. Secondly it won't take the password I'm trying to register.

Windows 7. I am installing. I already downloaded PocketCloud on my ipad and am trying to install the Pocket Companion on my laptop.

Hi Global, what password and username are you using and, when do you see this issue. Is this duing install of companion or, while setting the password in system preference?
