Version 2.1.235 Crashes when connecting via VNC
Version 2.1.235 Crashes when connecting via VNC
Updated to the latest version of Wyse PCP and since then I have not been able to connect via VNC. My screen will appear on my iPad briefly and then the application will close immediately. I have uninstalled and re-installed the app and the problem still happens. This only happens on my iPad, iPhone seems to work fine. It worked perfectly before the update!

Landscape. Changed the resolution and it still crashed.
**Picture before it crashes** This did not happen before the latest update.

I have the exact same issue. I don't see how Companion has anything to do with it. I am using a VNC Manual Connection.
It was working fine up until I updated my iPad app.

One more clue. I dropped the resolution down on one of my monitors and I was able to connect.
While connected, I raised it back up and PocketCloud exited with the message:

Same issue in portrait mode. Zoom button moves the small image to right corner then crashes.
Any chance I can get the old version back. I use this a lot for work and installing the wyse client is not an option.

If the primary monitor is on the right then when you click on the secondary screen, the mouse event show up in primary screen. If you
try to use the primary screen, the mouse events are out of view (offset to the right, I assume).
Please review this article: http://pocketcloudsupport.wyse.com/e...tiple-monitors and let me know if it answers your question.

Yes. Turning off either monitor, still crashes.

The resolution is 2560 x 1440 on the 27" monitor and 1680 x 1050 on the second monitor. One thing I have noticed is that if I pinch the screen on my iPad to make it larger, it will prevent the application from crashing.

Hi Ekfaith which screen do you see briefly, login page or your desktop?

That must be it. When I put the primary on the left it works fine. Thank you!

Hi ekfaith, does this issue occur even if you turn off one of the monitor?

Hi All - Can you try turning your iPad off and then on and see if that resolves the issue?

it is the desktop. I have dual monitors. iMac 27" and another 24" connected. The screen shows up briefly scaled down very small, then Wyse crashes
