cannot reconnect using auto discovery
cannot reconnect using auto discovery
Whenever the power is lost to my pc i cannot reconnect using auto discovery.
I know that the power is back on but it doesn't allow to connect.
Please let mw know how to reconnect?

Unfortunately our application does not support Wake On Lan, so if the PC is in sleep/hibernate mode, you will not be able to connect.
Also, the companion service does not start until windows is logged in. So if the power to the remote server was lost and then restored, but windows has not yet been logged in, the companion service has not been started yet and you will not be able to connect.
