CB, Verify that remote management is turned on under your System references > Sharing.

Under sharing in systems preferences remote management is selected with myself checked to access.

"VNC views may control screen with password" only allows for 7 characters so entered a new one
also, in remote management and changed to that on pocketcloud
computer name > edit
local hostname
user
pasword
anything need to be done there

Go to Apple > System Preferences > Remote Management > Computer Settings and type in a password. You will use that when connecting from PocketCloud.

Then that means you are typing in the incorrect password. Again, please set it by going to Apple > System Preferences > Remote Management > Computer Settings.

Go to Apple > System Preferences > Remote Management > Computer Settings and type in a password. You will use that when connecting from PocketCloud.
