issues downloading pocket cloud companion on my laptop

I have a Toshiba satellite L300 laptop and am using os windows vista home premium version 6.0. Have tried to download the companion several times but keep getting the message installer was interupted before modifications took place, please run installer at a later date(or words to that effect) have tried re running installer and option to repair application comes up. Immediately after a message stating error2803 dailog view no record for the dialog noDialog appears and it turns off the installer. Any ideas or who can I contact. Appreciate any help. andy329tenerife
